Pools Western Cape manufactures fibreglass swimming pool shells for supply through our Agent network. Our fibreglass pool shells are backed by a structural warranty, subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the product.

The structural warranty applies to the fibreglass pool shell only and covers qualifying structural failure where the shell is no longer capable of holding water due to a manufacturing defect.

The warranty does not cover installation work, plumbing, paving, coping, mosaics, pumps, filters, electrical components, landscaping, workmanship by third parties, or any external items forming part of the completed pool project.

The warranty also does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, poor water chemistry, misuse, neglect, ground movement, storm damage, flooding, external impact, unauthorised repairs, incorrect handling, incorrect storage or alterations carried out without written approval.
For the warranty to remain valid, the pool shell must be correctly installed, properly maintained and used in accordance with accepted fibreglass pool care requirements. Water chemistry must be kept within suitable ranges, and the pool must not be emptied, altered or repaired without proper professional guidance.
Pools Western Cape reserves the right to inspect the pool and request supporting information before approving or rejecting any warranty claim.
